Pricing
A free pilot, then a quote that fits your site.
We prefer to be straightforward about how pricing works, even though we have no price list to publish yet.
How it is built
Two parts, per site.
One-time set-up
Script, voices, translations, review and your approval, QR code design and the launch.
Annual licence
Hosting, updates to text and audio, and support, for each site, per year.
What moves the price
Four things decide it.
Stops
More stops mean more writing, voicing and review.
Languages
Each language adds translation, a native-speaker check and audio.
Change
How often the content changes during the year.
Extras
For example location-triggered stops or ticket-code access.
The path
Pilot, quote, decide.
1. Free pilot
A bounded first guide, agreed in writing.
2. Quote
A quote for set-up and the annual licence, based on the four things above.
3. Decide
You choose whether to continue. Nothing is hidden in the pilot.
No hardware to buy or hire, and no app development.

A general comparison of approaches, not of named products. Printed and app columns describe typical cases.
Billing
Billing questions.
Is there a published price list?
Not yet. We quote per site after the pilot, and we explain how the quote is made up before you commit to anything.
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. The pilot is a bounded first guide, agreed in writing, to judge with your own visitors. Scope, duration and terms are set out before work starts.
What happens if we stop?
Terms for ending, and for who owns the audio and text, are agreed in writing at the start. Your material and your wording stay yours.
How are invoices handled?
Currency, VAT and invoicing details are agreed with each venue in the quote.
